• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Unboxing video is mandatory for return claims

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned without proof (video/photo)

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after product inspection
• Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
• Processing time: 5–7 business days

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Refunds for COD orders will be processed to bank account/UPI
• Customers must provide correct payment details
